★フランスのモレルです。
サンドブラストのリングレインが鮮やかで力強い印象を残します。
自由にカットしたボウルは囚われない左下がりのアシンメトリー、ステムは無造作に止まるとこまで捩じ込むタイプです。
オーバルシャンクにサドルビッド、流麗なブランデーシェイプのかわいいパイプですがしっかりボウルサイズがあります。
カラーは日本の洗朱（あらい朱）のようなボルドーが入った茶系でよい色味です。
写真のように自立するセッターでもあります。
刻印のFAIT MAIN（フェマン）はハンドメイドというフランス語、サンクロード、FRANCEと誇らしげに彫ってあります。
ステムにも薄れていますけれどもMorelのサイン
美品です。
たいへんに状態のよいオリジナルのフレンチアトリエフェマン、いかがでしょう。

★ピエールモレルは1949年に仏サンクロードで四代続く職人の家に生まれました。
1978年：フリーハンドパイプメーカーとして独立したモレルは、あのChacomのためにChacomGrandCruを作成したのは有名です。彼はフリーハンドシェイプのNajaと「FleurdeBruyère」の作者でもあります。
後にChapuis-Comoy社に正式に入社。
たいへんに腕のたつ職人です。
会社を定年した後も精力的にパイプを作っていたようですが、現在まだ74歳くらいですからまだパイプを作っているのでしょうか。

■家庭保管が長いUSEDビンテージパイプです。
推定1980年代製造品
マウスピースには縫い針の頭ほどのチャタリングやスレもみられます※。リムにわずかな曇りがありますが火皿に焦げもなく総体としてたいへんに程度の良いパイプです。
